Challenge Yourself. Be Brave to Make a Change

When I graduated from high school, I had no idea what kind of job was right for me. At first I was a hairdressing trainee and then I tried real estate industry. However, I couldn’t find my place anywhere. When my sister Jong Siew Siew （2014 20A Achiever） began her Easecox career in 2010, she invited me to join the slimming competition, in which I lost 16kg in 3 months and became the champion. That was my first encounter with Easecox products。

After winning the competition, I became more interested in Easecox and its products. I also intended to change my life as well as my family's by starting my career in Easecox. Later, I joined a training course led by my tutor Jennifer (2010 20A Achiever), who said some words that impressed me: “Who says young people can’t be millionaires?” During the speech she shared her own experience of how she transformed from a girl with no money, no experience, no job, to a successful 28-year-old. At that moment I told myself, ”I want to be just like her!”

Have Faith in Yourself. Your Dream will Come True

At the early stage of working with Easecox, I was too shy to talk to anyone and I had no idea how to express myself. Not until I had overcome the difficulties did I find that it felt so great to challenge myself and it made me more professional and confident. Easecox gave my life a complete overhaul and the best thing was that I found a sense of belonging here. Due to the decline of our family fortunes, my sisters and I had to live in an overcrowded room and the whole family had no chance to travel together, which was always our regret. After establishing our careers in Easecox, we have bought a house for our parents and can finally afford to travel with our family. Our dream is realizing。

No secret for success. Duplication is king

• Selling Products
  Sharing sincerely with customers about your own experience of using the products is the best way to sell them. I would explain to my customers how the products have changed me. It is very convincing with the photographs. I would encourage my partners to duplicate this method。
• Expanding Organization
  I never miss any training sessions given by my tutor and senior lecturers. They repeat their points and guide us patiently. Thanks to their training, I have become more skillful in leading my partners, thereby attracting more elites to join my team。
• Managing International Market
  It is never an easy task to open up a new market in a foreign country, as you have to adapt to different cultures, people and languages. Ensuring team support is of the essence. As we keep doing what the tutors have taught us, we can effectively lay our ground in a new market。

We would make appropriate adjustment after understanding everyone’s problems in a monthly meeting. It is followed by a one on one mentoring as it helps motivate your partners forward. I value all these so much! I hope I’ll learn something new continuously and help everyone else to stand on the stage of 20A!

“Winners are willing to do what losers won’t!” This is what I have been using to motivate myself all these years. I believe that if you devote yourself to what you are doing, it’ll turn out to be fruitful。
