Nothing is Impossible if You Try
After graduating from college, I worked as an engineer in Hsinchu Science Park for two years. My life may have seemed smooth, but I was not happy in the environment as it is isolated from the rest of the world. After leaving the job, I wanted to have my own business, and so I had opened two SPA stores. However, because of the product cost, instrument agency fees, rentals and personnel costs, I owed 10 million dollars at last.
At the time, my referee encouraged me to join Easecox. Her life and career had been getting better, and she was getting more beautiful too, while I was getting worse. I was tired of getting a fixed paycheck every month from being an office worker, so I decided to join Easecox to give myself a chance.
The Golden Team is the Cornerstone of Winners
I did not know how to start a business at the beginning, and enthusiastic Vicky LS would travel long from Wandan Pingtung to Hsinchu helping me out every Friday morning. She patiently taught me step by step and the studio had finally packed with people. This had not only helped me to lay a good foundation for the business, but also made it possible for me to pay up my debt within four years. I truly enjoyed the success!
For 20 years, Lina LS, Lily LS and Easecox have firmly supported me in different ways fulfilling their promises. The golden team had helped me to turn the tables, which prompted me to help more people. If I do well, the team will do well; we can then get the best and win together!
Sharing Business with New Immigrants will be a Good Way to Promote Transnational Business
If we use product with hearts, we will be able to share products with sincerity. When engaging in organizational expansion, we should emphasize the business opportunities, discuss cooperation plans, set goals and timetables.
Taiwan, home to multi-ethnic immigrants, is a good place to start the transnational business. During organizational training, I followed the company’s policy to become internationalized and searched for new immigrants from Mainland China, Thailand and Vietnam who work or get married in Taiwan. These foreign workers or new immigrants are willing to work diligently due to the high wages offered in Taiwan. However, if they stay in Taiwan for a long time and become old, they may have trouble to find a new job after returning to their own country. Therefore, I convinced them to find a sideline first and grasp the chance to have an international career. I trained them in Taiwan and would support them on training and organizational expansion when they return to their country. By cultivating seed elites in advance, you can develop your business easier when the right timing comes.
Next year, my goal is to help 30 partners becoming eligible for the incentive travel in Italy. Through the team’s effort, we will achieve an annual turnover of $3 billion. I believe that I can help more people reaching the top of their career!
