The two of us used to be 9-to-5ers, but we chose to have a full-time career with Easecox because we believed that “if we love it (the product), others will love it too”. Wherever there’s a demand, there’ll be a market; wherever there’s a market, there’ll always be profit”. The steady growth of Easecox is our greatest support and protection. Our income is now more lucrative than most office employees. While we suffered some setbacks in the early stage of our career due to inexperience, our “belief in Easecox” never wavered.
For full-time partners in Easecox, self-discipline is very crucial to your career. Since the working hours are flexible, it’s important to set your personal goals and make daily progress. Once the family sees the results, their support will come naturally. As soon as you start making a steady income, taking care of your parents and family should be your highest priority. The more you help others, the more they will contribute to you.


Your academic background and previous work experience have nothing to do with whether you can become Easecox elite or not. As long as you “work diligently, obey the seniors and are not afraid of hardship”, you will have a chance to succeed. We often told partners that "do not respect my rank, but respect my seniority at Easecox". 20 years of accumulated experience gave us the magical skills to quickly identify and treat your problems.
Right now, achievement and income are no longer important to us. Our job is to "lead the army as a brave commander" - to counsel partners, to maintain high morale and mobility in our organization. We keep a diverse path while foreseeing the trends by opening up new markets and dividing up resources in different regions to let the local talents shine.
It took us 12 years to rise to the 20A rank, and we are willing to use our experience as a good example to help others to develop a plan with specific goals and become successful quickly. As long as you follow the motto: “Live an Easecox life, life is Easecox”, your career will be very promising in either local or overseas markets.
There’s no instant success! As our founder once said, "Ten-million-dollar income comes from traveling ten-million-mile journey”. We will continue to lead the partners to create more ten-million miracles!
Back in 2000, our founder, Mrs. Amy Lin, suggested that we should expand the business internationally. We seized the opportunity when we attended a meeting in Malaysia. Since we carried “Beauty Action Suitcase” with us all the time, whenever we saw Chinese faces, we approached them and introduced our Beauty Business to them.
Based on our belief that “every woman needs Easecox products”, we decided to move into Southeast Asian market. We started locally by renting a place, recruiting, teaching training courses and cultivating local partners. By utilizing the “seed team” and our advantage in language, we slowly expanded our market shares to Singapore and Indonesia. We know the market is there; we just have to expand it!
People often asked us, how do we take care of our children when we travel so frequently? And since there’s only one childhood, don’t we feel like we are missing out on their childhood? We strive to provide our children with the best resources and environment to learn. We have many flexible ways to be with them. Fortunately, our son and daughter are very independent. When they saw that their parents are working so hard, they learn to be self-motivated so we don’t have to be helicopter parents like others.
Our kids learned the importance of self-discipline from observing our attitude towards running Easecox business. This is called “teaching by example”. And we offered a broader international perspective to our children, which can’t be taught in schools.
