Investing in venues
We rented a studio in every city we visited, so our partners will have a venue to share products, talk about career progress, and receive training courses. The initial work hours were long, but once they were able to see the results, their confidence grew.
Duplication of skills
Once the organizational network is formed, the techniques can be taught and replicated through training sessions to accelerate success.
A cumulative Q&A manual
When partners are facing with challenging issues, in addition to help them solving the problems, their questions can also be included in a cumulative Q&A manual to instruct future new recruits.

When running the Easecox business, we learned to deal with people with courteousness and flexibility. Also, because our family members have been joining Easecox business one by one, we have more empathy for each other. The understanding and acceptance have made our family even closer.
